What is Vyra?
Vyra, LLC is a digital product company that builds tools, games, and AI experiences. We operate products like Harmony (workforce ops), QuietTools (browser utilities), Ask Vyra (AI assistant), and Data Gobblin (data intelligence), plus original games and entertainment.
How do I delete my data?
Visit our Delete My Data page. Most of our tools process data locally in your browser and don't store anything on our servers. For products that do store data (like Harmony), you can request deletion through the form above or by emailing support@vyra.llc.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you have an active subscription to any Vyra product, email support@vyra.llc with your account email and we'll process the cancellation within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
How do I report a bug?
Use the contact form above and select "Bug report" as the subject. Include which product you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help a lot. You can also email support@vyra.llc directly.
How do I request a feature?
We love hearing from users. Use the contact form with "Feature request" selected, or email support@vyra.llc. We review every request during sprint planning and prioritize based on demand and feasibility.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We follow industry-standard security practices. Most of our tools (QuietTools, game demos) run entirely in your browser — no data leaves your device. For cloud-based products, we use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're unsatisfied with a paid Vyra product, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
