What data do we hold?
Vyra, LLC collects minimal data. Most of our products process data locally in your browser. If you have created an account on any Vyra product (Ask Vyra, Data Gobblin), we may store an email address and authentication credentials.
Request deletion
To request deletion of any data associated with your identity, please email us with the following details:
- Your name (as used on the account)
- Email address associated with the account
- Which product(s) — e.g., Ask Vyra, Data Gobblin, Harmony
- What to delete — account, conversation history, uploaded data, or all of the above
Response time
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will reach out.
